Please note that some lounges in Europe are located within the so-called Schengen zones of the airport. This means that only passengers travelling between Schengen countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland) are given access to the lounge.
In general, lounges only allow a maximum stay of 3 to 4 hours before the scheduled flight time (if open), unless otherwise indicated. To extend your stay, in some cases, you can purchase additional vouchers to extend your stay, if the lounge allows it, please contact us. If you wish to access the lounge before the time of your reservation, the lounge has the right to deny access until the correct time, except in lounges that allow extended stay, previously consulted with Nice Lounge.
In lounges where children are allowed access, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children who cause a disturbance to other lounge users may be asked to leave the lounge by lounge staff. Some lounges have baby changing facilities separate from the toilets.
Nice Lounge considers that a booking of more than 9 passengers constitutes a group. For such bookings, you must contact Nice Lounge and await confirmation of the reservation from the lounge managers via Nice Lounge. In some lounges, a special space may be set aside for the group. In such cases, Nice Lounge will inform you of this availability and you will be informed of this location when you enter the lounge.

In the event of delays in access to the reserved VIP Lounge, Nice Lounge, as an intermediary between VIP Lounges and end users, does not guarantee that, although in most cases there is no inconvenience and access to the VIP Lounge is permitted at the reserved time, delays may occur due to capacity restrictions.
Nice Lounge assumes no responsibility and will not provide refunds for delays in accessing the lounges. In the event of access denial, users are requested to consult the applicable conditions.
In the event that the Lounge is unable to provide access to passengers who book with Nice Lounge, for refundable reservations, for any of the following reasons:
Nice Lounge undertakes to refund 100% of the amount paid.
In the case of NON-refundable bookings, Nice Lounge will have to consult with the supplier for the refund of the amount paid, therefore, it is NOT guaranteed.
All passengers entering a lounge must respect the lounge rules and guidelines and must behave in a correct and quiet manner so as not to disturb other lounge users. The enjoyment of the peaceful atmosphere that characterises a VIP lounge depends on the behaviour of each and every one of the passengers who visit it. Airport lounges usually have an informal/elegant dress code. Baseball caps, shorts and football shirts are not allowed.
Lounge staff expect lounge users to behave reasonably and, in any case, reserve the right of admission at their discretion. No refund of the booking fee will be made if you are unable to use the lounge for any of the above reasons.
Pets are generally not permitted within the lounge area. In cases where pets are allowed, they must be kept in appropriate and approved transport crates. Conditions for smokers in the lounge:
The conditions for smokers vary from lounge to lounge. Nice Lounge shows in the lounge details whether smoking is permitted in any designated area of the lounge. Please ask lounge staff for the current status of smoking areas.

The lounges have screens with information about the lounge users' departing flights. In some lounges, staff may announce your flight, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please remember that you are solely responsible for catching your flight.
Generally all refreshments and catering are included in the lounge access price, although there may be some alcoholic beverages, such as wine, beer, spirits, champagne or cava, for which an additional charge may apply. The type of access to other services may vary and is subject to the discretion of the individual lounge managers. Nice Lounge shall not be responsible for the non-provision of services or refreshments within the lounge or for the cost of any services or refreshments provided and charged to any person accessing the lounge as a user of Nice Lounge booking services.
For security reasons, if you need to leave the lounge, you must take all your luggage with you even if you intend to return.
Any kind of dispute related to issues> not related to Nice Lounge that occur between the lounge staff and the person accessing the lounge with a reservation purchased at Nice Lounge (www.nicelounge.com), will have to be resolved by the person without recourse to Nice Lounge staff. Nice Lounge will not be responsible for any dispute or litigation beyond its control.
Nice Lounge shall not be liable for any loss or personal injury suffered inside the lounge by a person accessing the lounge with a reservation purchased from Nice Lounge (www.nicelounge.com). Any loss or damage caused inside a lounge to a person accessing the lounge with a reservation purchased through Nice Lounge (www.nicelounge.com) is the sole and exclusive responsibility of that person. Nice Lounge will not be liable for any repair or compensation costs for which payment is properly attributable to the person causing the loss or damage.
All lounges included in the Nice Lounge platform are owned and operated by independent third parties and may leave the platform at any time with or without notice to Nice Lounge.
Nice Lounge shall not be held liable for any loss or damage as a direct or indirect result of the exit from the Nice Lounge platform caused to any person who has booked) access to that lounge through Nice Lounge (www.nicelounge.com).
In the event that Nice Lounge has been informed in advance by the lounge managers of your departure from the platform, Nice Lounge will contact the customer who has purchased the reservation at Nice Lounge (www.nicelounge.com) for a full refund or to transfer the booking to a suitable alternative lounge included in the platform.
Nice Lounge will also refund the full amount of the reservation purchased on Nice Lounge (www.nicelounge.com) when this reservation could not be used due to the departure of the Nice Lounge platform from the lounge, without prior notification to Nice Lounge by the lounge managers. The refund will be made only after sending the voucher of the purchase and after verifying that the reservation code has not been used.
In all circumstances, Nice Lounge shall not be liable to any person whose reservation for access to a lounge through Nice Lounge (www.nicelounge.com) could not be used, only because the lounge for which the pass was purchased, has left the platform after the date on which the access reservation was purchased and for the maximum amount of the payment made for this reservation to Nice Lounge.
Nice Lounge shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss incurred by a customer or passenger who misses his or her flight while occupying the lounge to which he or she has gained access through a Nice Lounge (www.nicelounge.com). For updated information and changes, please consult www.nicelounge.com.
In the event that the supplier of the lounge notifies Nice Lounge about substantial changes in the conditions affecting bookings already made, including changes in schedules, services or other relevant conditions, Nice Lounge agrees to immediately inform the customer affected by such bookings. The customer will have the option to keep the booking or request a refund, in the case of refundable bookings.
In the case of NON-REFUNDABLE bookings, Nice Lounge undertakes to contact the supplier of the VIP lounge to manage the situation and determine the possibility of reimbursement. However, it is clarified that the refund is not 100% guaranteed and will be subject to the policies and conditions of the lounge provider.
Nice Lounge assumes no responsibility for any changes made by the supplier of the VIP lounge and may not be subject to any claim by the customer in connection with such changes. The customer agrees that any dispute related to changes in the conditions of the booking must be dealt directly with the supplier of the VIP lounge, exempting Nice Lounge from any liability in this regard.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that Nice Lounge acts as an intermediary in the management of bookings and has no control over the decisions of the lounge provider. Nice Lounge undertakes to facilitate communication between the supplier and the customer, but does not guarantee the satisfactory resolution of complaints related to changes made by the VIP lounge supplier.
I agree that Nice Lounge to charge my credit card for the full amount of the access purchase(s) I have made through this transaction. Any type of refund authorized by Nice Lounge, will be made by the same system as the payment.
I undertake to do everything in my power to ensure that I do not lose or misplace the proof of purchase document, which I can print at the end of the reservation and which I can receive by email, if I have provided it. In the event of theft or loss of the proof of purchase document that could lead to fraudulent use of the same, I will notify Nice Lounge as soon as possible with a call or email (93 117 60 40 - info@nicelounge.com) with the reservation details.
I agree that in the event of fraudulent gaining of access to the lounge by me or by someone with my knowledge, I will indemnify Nice Lounge for any costs incurred as a result of such access, including any cancellations and refunds. And I will allow Nice Lounge to notify the financial institution that issued my credit card.
